We (NDR, our company) are concerned about your personal information and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We have established this privacy policy in order to conduct safety management while aiming for appropriate acquisition, use, and protection of your personal information.

１．Definitions

We shall identify personal information as information on living individuals (name, date of birth, and other personally identifiable information) as defined in the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information Protection Act”), information that can be used in connection with a specific individual, such as e-mail address, user ID, and password, and information that can be used for linking with a specific individual, such as hobby, family structure, age and other personal attribute information.

Specific personal information is defined by the “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures” (hereinafter referred to as “My Number Act”), and the information which includes his/her personal identity number (“My Number”).

In handling personal information, we will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act, My Number Act and other relevant laws, guidelines, and this privacy policy.

３．Use of information

When acquiring personal information, we will set the purpose of use in advance and notify you, and we will acquire and use it by an appropriate method to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose. In addition, except in cases prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Act, we will not use the acquired personal information for any purpose other than the purpose of use it without obtaining your consent in advance.

４．Purpose of use of personal information

We identify the purpose of use of personal information as follows and use it within the scope of the purpose of use.

  1. Purpose of use when we acquire personal information (except for 2) My Number)
    1. To respond to the contents of inquiries, complaints, consultations, etc. regarding our business.
    2. For shipping and billing of products and goods from us.
    3. In order for us to conduct campaigns and surveys and reflect it in our various services.
    4. To provide guidance and support information for our services.
    5. For visitor management of various events sponsored and co-sponsored by us.
    6. In order to execute transactions with our customers properly and smoothly.
    7. To send out various materials and information on recruitment.
    8. For recruitment, benefits and employee management of our employees.
  2. Purpose of use when we acquire My Number information
    1. For the preparation of payment record for the customer’s compensation, fee, contract money, prize money, etc.
    2. For the preparation of a payment record regarding the distribution of dividends and surplus of shareholders.
    3. For the execution of office work prescribed by the My Number Act regarding social security, taxes and anti-disaster measures, in order to prepare legal documents such as withholding slips and filing office work of social insurance, etc. for employees and dependents.

５．Joint use of personal information

We will share personal information acquired by us with the following affiliated companies within the scope of the purpose of handling inquiries, complaints, consultations, etc. regarding our business and services etc. In this case, we are responsible for managing shared personal information. However, My Number information will not be shared.

６．Provision of personal information to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except when instructed by the person. (However, outsourcing contractors of the business do not fall under a third party.)

If personal information acquired by us needs to be shared with a third party, it will be implemented after obtaining the consent of the person in advance. (However, it is excluded when it is stated in a limited manner by laws and/or regulations.)

７．Security control measures for protecting personal information

In order to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information, we will establish the information security policy, maintain necessary internal regulations, and take appropriate organizational, human, physical and technical safety management measures.
